Shipping Policy for Domestic Orders (within India)

Free shipping on all orders anywhere in India above Rs.2000.

Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 1 working days and shipped through a domestic courier company.

Most orders are delivered within 2-7 days from the date of invoice. However, there may be delay in delivering to remote areas / villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.

If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.

Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email/phone.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Selection Centre Sports Pvt. Ltd. (SCSPL) and its affiliates are committed to deliver the goods to you in time and in good condition. However, SCSPL  and its affiliates have limited liability in case of any loss of goods during transit. The carrier will bear any loss in transit only to an extent of a limit that may change from time to time.

We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a Court or authorized administrative agency.

Note for COD Orders : If in case, the delivery partner asks the customer to make a payment before showing/delivering the parcel in disguise of asking more money or any other kinds of fees, the customer should not pay the money in any given condition and in such cases, should directly contact the Seller as it is a fraud. In case, the customer makes the payment, Selection Centre Sports Private Limited is not responsible for this and should not be held liable for the same.

Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window, giving you 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return and exchange.

Return

Return is only available if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), follow the exchange process outlined below. A minimum exchange fee of Rs 200 or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will apply for the exchange process.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return/exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition as received
• With tags attached and in the original packaging
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: To prevent false claims, we mandate a full unboxing video for any return/exchange-related disputes. No return/exchange requests will be processed without this video.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Reach out to us at support@scssports.in to start the return/exchange process.
2. Ship the item to:

• SELECTION CENTRE SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. 7, Chaman Chambers, Next to Metro Big Cinema, Dhobi Talao, A.P. Marg, Mumbai 400 020.

Once we approve your return/exchange, you’ll receive a shipping label and detailed instructions. Return/Exchange without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@scssports.in so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sale/DOD (Deal of the Day)/ Clearance Sale items
• Gift cards

Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it’s shipped by contacting us via email at support@scssports.in or by phone +91 7021668726, providing your order number and reason for cancellation. This will incur a 2% fee for payment gateway charges.
• After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped:
• COD Orders: Cancellations will result in your account being marked as "No COD Order," preventing future COD purchases.
• Prepaid Orders: Cancellations will incur a 2% fee for payment gateway charges. Additionally, shipping costs will be deducted.

You may also choose to exchange the canceled order for another item of equal or higher value (additional payment may be required). Eligibility for exchange varies; please contact us to confirm. 

Refunds and Gift Cards

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• You may only return/exchange items if they meet the return/exchange conditions specified.
• Promotional items may have different return/exchange conditions.
• If your return is approved, we will issue a gift card for the purchase amount. The gift card can be redeemed for future purchases on our website. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be clubbed with any other discount codes available at that point of time.
• If the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to deny the gift card/exchange.
• Partial COD Payments: Any payments made for partial COD orders are non-refundable.
