Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window, giving you 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange if somewhere the size does not fit you.

Return

Return is only available if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), follow the exchange process outlined below. A minimum exchange fee of Rs 200 or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will apply for the exchange process.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify for a return/exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition as received
  • With tags attached and in the original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Note: To prevent false claims, we mandate a full unboxing video for any return/exchange-related disputes. No return/exchange requests will be processed without this video.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Reach out to us at support@scssports.in to start the return/exchange process.
  2. Please send us photos of the unused product on email. 
  3. After Approval of the return/exchange from our team yo may then do the 4th point. 
  4. Ship the item to:

    • SELECTION CENTRE SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. 7, Chaman Chambers, Next to Metro Big Cinema, Dhobi Talao, A.P. Marg, Mumbai 400 020.

Once we approve your return/exchange, you’ll receive a shipping label and detailed instructions. Return/Exchange without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@scssports.in so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale/DOD (Deal of the Day)/ Clearance Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return/exchange, please contact us for clarification. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it’s shipped by contacting us via email at support@scssports.in or by phone +91 7021668726, providing your order number and reason for cancellation. This will incur a 2% fee for payment gateway charges.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped:

    • Prepaid Orders: Cancellations will incur a 2% fee for payment gateway charges. Additionally, shipping costs will be deducted.

You may also choose to exchange the canceled order for another item of equal or higher value (additional payment may be required). Eligibility for exchange varies; please contact us to confirm. 

Refunds and Gift Cards

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • You may only return/exchange items if they meet the return/exchange conditions specified.
  • Promotional items may have different return/exchange conditions.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue a gift card for the purchase amount. The gift card can be redeemed for future purchases on our website. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be clubbed with any other discount codes available at that point of time.
  • If the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to deny the gift card/exchange.
