Yes. For heavyweight items shipped by road, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. This may add to the delivery time. - Which courier company will deliver my package?

Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your package is delivered to request a different size. - Is there a fee to exchange my item?
Yes. A minimum exchange fee of ₹200 or the actual shipping cost, whichever is higher, will be applied to cover the exchange process. - Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
No. Returns are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect. - What conditions must the product meet to be eligible for an exchange or return?
To be accepted, the item must be:Unworn and completely unused.In its original condition.Packed in its original packaging with all tags still attached.Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. - Why do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes. You can cancel your order before shipment by emailing support@scssports.in or calling +91 7021668726. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation. A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from your refund. - Can I cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
Yes. However, because the item has already been shipped, a 2% payment gateway fee and the applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount. - Can I exchange a cancelled order for something else?

Our standard RowErg has a 14” seat height, while our elevated version has taller legs that provide a 20” seat height. The elevated version is a good choice if you like the convenience and appearance of a taller machine. The increased seat height can also make it easier to get on and off.
