   Yes. For heavyweight items shipped by road, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. This may add to the delivery time.

5. What if Blue Dart does not deliver to my location?
   
   We will ship your order through another trusted courier partner.
   
   
6. Can I request a delivery person from your store?

Non-Returnable Items & Damages

1. Which items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged?

2. What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

3. What happens if the item is damaged while being shipped back?
   
   Please pack the item securely. If the product is damaged during return shipping because of inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deny the exchange or gift card.

8. Can I cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
   
   Yes. However, because the item has already been shipped, a 2% payment gateway fee and the applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
   
   
9. Can I exchange a cancelled order for something else?
   
   Yes. Instead of cancelling, you may exchange the order for another item of equal or higher value. You will need to pay the difference if the replacement item costs more. Please contact us to confirm whether your order qualifies.

    If your return is approved, we will issue a digital gift card for the approved purchase amount. It can be used for future purchases on our website.

    The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
    
    
13. Can I use my return gift card with another discount code?
    
    No. The gift card cannot be combined with another promotional or discount code at checkout.
