1. How quickly will my order be dispatched?
   
   We process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your purchase, depending on product availability and the warehouse where the product is stocked.
   
   
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
   
   Delivery time depends on the product’s weight:Lightweight items shipped by air: 2 to 4 days.Heavyweight items shipped by road: 5 to 7 working days.
   
   
3. Do Sundays and public holidays affect my delivery date?
   
   Yes. For heavyweight items shipped by road, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days. This may add to the delivery time.
   
   
4. Which courier company will deliver my package?
   
   Blue Dart is our main delivery partner.
   
   
5. What if Blue Dart does not deliver to my location?
   
   We will ship your order through another trusted courier partner.
   
   
6. Can I request a delivery person from your store?
   
   The Delivery Perosn will come from store only in Mumbai, for outside of Mumbai we use third-party courier services like Blue Dart for deliveries.
   
   
7. Can my package be delayed due to heavy rains or monsoons?
   
   Yes. Heavy rain and monsoon-related disruptions may delay deliveries. We appreciate your patience during such conditions.

1. Can I exchange an item if it does not fit me?
   
   Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your package is delivered to request a different size.
   
   
2. Is there a fee to exchange my item?
   
   Yes. A minimum exchange fee of ₹200 or the actual shipping cost, whichever is higher, will be applied to cover the exchange process.
   
3. Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
   
   No. Returns are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect.
   
   
4. What conditions must the product meet to be eligible for an exchange or return?
   
   To be accepted, the item must be:Unworn and completely unused.In its original condition.Packed in its original packaging with all tags still attached.Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
   
5. Why do I need to record an unboxing video?
   
   Answer: To protect against false claims, we strictly require a complete unboxing video for any return or exchange dispute. We cannot process your request without this video.

Non-Returnable Items & Damages

1. Which items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged?
   
   The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:Custom-made or personalised products.Items purchased during a sale, clearance sale or Deal of the Day.
   
   
2. What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
   
   Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue, email us immediately at support@scssports.in so we can assist you.
   
3. What happens if the item is damaged while being shipped back?
   
   Please pack the item securely. If the product is damaged during return shipping because of inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deny the exchange or gift card.
   
   
4. How do I start a return or exchange?
   
   Email us at support@scssports.in .Attach photographs of the unused product.Wait for our team to review and approve your request.Once approved, you will receive a shipping label and detailed instructions explaining how to send the item back.
   
   
5. Can I ship the item back without emailing you first?
   
   No. Items sent back without prior approval will be rejected. Always contact us first.

7. Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
   
   Yes. You can cancel your order before shipment by emailing support@scssports.in or calling +91 7021668726. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation. A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from your refund.
   
   
8. Can I cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
   
   Yes. However, because the item has already been shipped, a 2% payment gateway fee and the applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
   
   
9. Can I exchange a cancelled order for something else?
   
   Yes. Instead of cancelling, you may exchange the order for another item of equal or higher value. You will need to pay the difference if the replacement item costs more. Please contact us to confirm whether your order qualifies.
   
   
10. Will I receive a cash or bank refund for a defective item?

11. What will I receive instead of a refund?
