Answer: Yes. A minimum exchange fee of ₹200 or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will be applied to cover the exchange process.
3. Can I return an item just because I changed my mind?
Answer: No. Returns are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect.
4. What conditions must the product meet to be eligible for an exchange or return?
Answer: To be accepted, the item must be:
• Unworn and completely unused.
• In its original condition.
• Packed in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

5. Why do I need to record an unboxing video?
Answer: To protect against false claims, we strictly require a full unboxing video for any return or exchange disputes. We cannot process your request without this video.

Answer: Yes, but since the item is already on its way, a 2% payment gateway fee and the shipping costs will be deducted from your total amount.
14. Can I trade a canceled order for something else?
