We process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your purchase.(depending on the availablity and which warehouse it is available.

Delivery time depends on product weight:
- Lightweight Items (By Air): 2 to 4 days
- Heavyweight Items (By Road): 5 to 7 working days
3. Do Sundays and public holidays affect my delivery date?
Yes, for heavyweight items shipped by road, Sundays and public holidays aren't counted as working days. This may add to delivery time.
4. Which courier company will deliver my package?
Blue Dart is our main partner.
5. What if Blue Dart doesn't deliver to my location?
We'll ship via another trusted courier partner.
6. Can I request a delivery boy from your store?
No, we use third-party courier services.
7. Can my package be delayed due to heavy rains or monsoons?

1. Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit me?
Answer: Yes. We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your package is delivered to request a different size.
2. Is there a fee to exchange my item?
Answer: Yes. A minimum exchange fee of ₹200 or the actual shipping cost (whichever is higher) will be applied to cover the exchange process.
3. Can I return an item just because I changed my mind?
Answer: No. Returns are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect.
4. What conditions must the product meet to be eligible for an exchange or return?
Answer: To be accepted, the item must be:
• Unworn and completely unused.
• In its original condition.
• Packed in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
• Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Why do I need to record an unboxing video?
Answer: To protect against false claims, we strictly require a full unboxing video for any return or exchange disputes. We cannot process your request without this video.

6. Which items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged?
Answer: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items bought during a Sale, Clearance Sale, or Deal of the Day (DOD).
7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Answer: Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue, email us immediately at support@scssports.in so we can sort it out for you right away.
8. What happens if the item is damaged while being shipped back to you?
Answer: Please pack the item securely. If the product is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, we reserve the right to deny your exchange or gift card.
9. How do I start a return or exchange?
Answer:

• Attach photos of the unused product.
• Wait for our team to review and approve your request.
• Once approved, you will receive a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send it back.
10. Can I just ship the item back to your address without emailing you first?
Answer: No. Any items sent back to us without prior approval will be rejected. Always contact us first.
11. Where do I send my approved return/exchange?
Answer: After approval, ship the item to:

12. Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
Answer: Yes. You can cancel at any time before shipment by emailing support@scssports.in or calling +91 7021668726. Please provide your order number and reason. Note that a 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from your refund.
13. Can I cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
Answer: Yes, but since the item is already on its way, a 2% payment gateway fee and the shipping costs will be deducted from your total amount.
14. Can I trade a canceled order for something else?
Answer: Yes. Instead of a cancellation, you can choose to exchange the canceled order for another item of equal or higher value (you will just need to pay the difference if it costs more). Please contact us to confirm if your order qualifies.
15. Will I get a cash or bank refund if I return a defective item?
Answer: No. We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.
16. What do I get instead of a refund?
Answer: If your return is approved, we will issue you a digital Gift Card for the purchase amount, which you can use for future shopping on our website.
17. How long is my store credit Gift Card valid for?
Answer: The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
18. Can I use my return Gift Card along with another discount code?
Answer: No. The gift card cannot be clubbed with any other promotional or discount codes at checkout.
